Rates information
If a booking is made six weeks or more before the booking is due to start it must be accompanied by a deposit of 30% of the rent. If a booking is made less than six weeks before the start of the holiday, the full rent must be paid at the time of booking.
Short Breaks
3 night break - 40% off weekly tariff
4 night break - 30% off weekly tariff
5 night break - 20% off weekly tariff
6 night break - 10% off weekly tariff
Additional Facilities
We offer a range of extra facilities, which are available for hire through our office 'Happy Holiday Homes' in Menaggio:
Cot Hire - EU 20 per week
High Chair - EU 15 per week
Push Chair - EU 25 per week
Wi-Fi or USB Internet Stick - EU 35 per week (includes EU10 consumable credit).
Please Note: Signal and connectivity is not guaranteed and may depend on the strength of the signal in the property but generally speaking, it is strong on the top floor of Casa Varenna.
Payments by Credit/Debit Card & Wire Transfer
There are no additional charges for credit or debit card payments. However, all bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the sender. To make a confirmed booking, you will be asked to fill in our booking form online and pay a 30% deposit. The remaining balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival.
Arrival & Departure Times
Arrival time is generally 3pm - 4pm unless other arrangements have been made prior to arrival. Departure is by 10am on the day of departure.
Arrival Information & Key Retrieval
Comprehensive directions to the property will be emailed to you several weeks before arrival together with instructions for key box code for accessing the key to the house.
CANCELLATION & TRAVEL INSURANCE
We recommend you take holiday travel and holiday cancellation insurance. In the event that you need to cancel due to any unforeseen circumstance or are taken ill whilst on holiday, then having insurance is invaluable. Travel insurance is regulated by the Financial Services Authority and can only be sold by a regulated company. We recommend Insure & Go which has an excellent selection of products for you to choose from.
